Terms & Conditions

Foxhills MXGP of Great Britain 2026

Event Date: 18-19 July 2026

Venue: Foxhills Motocross Track, Swindon, UK

By purchasing a ticket and/or attending this event, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.


1. Ticket Purchase & Validity

1.1 Tickets are only valid when purchased through official authorized channels. The event organizer reserves the right to refuse entry to any person holding tickets obtained through unauthorized resale or secondary markets.

1.2 All ticket sales are subject to availability and booking fees may apply.

1.3 Tickets are non-transferable except through official exchange mechanisms provided by the organizer.

1.4 You must retain your ticket throughout the event and present it upon request for re-entry or verification.

1.5 Lost, stolen, or damaged tickets will not be replaced.

1.6 Children under 16 must be accompanied by a responsible adult aged 18 or over at all times.


2. Refunds & Cancellations

2.1 Tickets are non-refundable except where the event is cancelled and not rescheduled, or as required by law.

2.2 If the event is cancelled, ticket holders will be entitled to a full refund of the ticket face value (excluding booking fees) or the option to transfer to a rescheduled date.

2.3 No refunds will be given for late arrival, early departure, or failure to attend.

2.4 The organizer reserves the right to alter the event schedule, format, or participating riders without liability for refund.


3. Event Changes & Postponement

3.1 The organizer reserves the right to cancel, postpone, or reschedule the event due to circumstances beyond reasonable control including but not limited to adverse weather, safety concerns, or force majeure.

3.2 In the event of postponement or rescheduling, tickets will remain valid for the new date. If you cannot attend the rescheduled date, refund options will be communicated.

3.3 The event may be stopped, delayed, or modified for safety, operational, or regulatory reasons without entitlement to refund.


4. Admission & Conduct

4.1 The organizer reserves the right to refuse admission or remove any person from the venue without refund for:

  • Breach of these Terms and Conditions

  • Threatening, abusive, or anti-social behavior

  • Being under the influence of alcohol or drugs

  • Failure to comply with reasonable instructions from staff or officials

  • Any conduct deemed to compromise safety or enjoyment of others

4.2 All attendees must comply with venue rules and instructions from stewards, marshals, security, and event officials.

4.3 Smoking is only permitted in designated areas. Vaping regulations follow venue policy.

4.4 The organizer operates a zero-tolerance policy toward discrimination, harassment, or abusive behaviour.


5. Health & Safety

5.1 Motorsport is dangerous. Attendance is at your own risk. The organizer accepts no liability for injury, loss, or damage except where caused by negligence.

5.2 You must follow all safety instructions and remain in designated spectator areas at all times.

5.3 Ear protection is strongly recommended, particularly for children.

5.4 If you have any medical condition that may be affected by loud noise, dust, or outdoor conditions, you attend at your own risk.

5.5 First aid facilities will be available on site.

5.6 You must not enter restricted areas including the track, paddock (unless authorized), or any area marked as prohibited.


6. Prohibited Items & Activities

6.1 The following items are prohibited and may result in refusal of entry or removal:

  • Illegal substances or drugs

  • Weapons or items that could be used as weapons

  • Fireworks, flares, or smoke devices

  • Glass containers or bottles

  • Drones or remote-controlled devices

  • Professional recording equipment (without accreditation)

  • Laser pointers

  • Large bags or backpacks (subject to search)

  • Any item deemed dangerous or inappropriate by security

6.2 The organizer reserves the right to search persons and bags as a condition of entry.

6.3 Alcohol may only be brought into the venue in accordance with venue policy. Excessive alcohol consumption may result in removal.


7. Photography, Filming & Broadcasting

7.1 Personal photography and filming for private use is permitted, but professional equipment requires accreditation.

7.2 By attending, you consent to being filmed, photographed, or recorded for broadcast, promotional, or commercial purposes without compensation.

7.3 You may not use any images, footage, or recordings for commercial purposes without written permission.

7.4 Drones are strictly prohibited without express written authorization.


8. Intellectual Property

8.1 All event branding, logos, and trademarks are the property of the organizer and may not be used without permission.

8.2 The event name "Foxhills MXGP" and associated branding are protected intellectual property.


9. Personal Property & Loss

9.1 The organizer accepts no responsibility for loss, theft, or damage to personal property.

9.2 You are responsible for the security of your belongings at all times.

9.3 Lost property should be reported to event staff. The organizer will make reasonable efforts to reunite lost items but accepts no liability.


10. Parking & Transport

10.1 Parking is subject to availability and separate terms may apply.

10.2 Vehicles are left at the owner's risk. The organizer accepts no liability for damage or theft.

10.3 You must comply with all parking and traffic management instructions.

10.4 The organizer reserves the right to refuse vehicle entry or remove vehicles that obstruct access or pose safety risks.


11. Camping (if applicable)

11.1 Camping is only permitted in designated areas with a valid camping pass.

11.2 Campfires and barbecues are prohibited unless in designated areas.

11.3 Noise curfews will be enforced. Quiet hours are typically 11 PM to 7 AM.

11.4 You are responsible for removing all litter and waste from your pitch.


12. Data Protection & Privacy

12.1 Personal data collected during ticket purchase will be processed in accordance with UK GDPR and our Privacy Policy.

12.2 Your data may be used to contact you about the event, send important updates, or for marketing purposes (with consent).

12.3 You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data.


13. Liability & Insurance

13.1 Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

13.2 Subject to clause 13.1, the organizer's total liability for any claim shall not exceed the ticket price paid.

13.3 The organizer is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or economic losses including travel or accommodation costs.

13.4 You are strongly advised to obtain personal travel and event insurance.


14. Force Majeure

14.1 The organizer shall not be liable for failure to perform obligations due to circumstances beyond reasonable control including but not limited to:

  • Acts of God, extreme weather, or natural disasters

  • War, terrorism, or civil unrest

  • Government restrictions or public health emergencies

  • Strikes or industrial action

  • Failure of essential services or infrastructure


15. Accessibility

15.1 The organizer is committed to providing accessible facilities. Please contact us in advance to discuss specific requirements.

15.2 Reasonable adjustments will be made where possible, subject to safety and operational constraints.


16. Age Restrictions

16.1 Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or over.

16.2 Proof of age may be required for concessionary tickets or alcohol purchases.

16.3 The organizer reserves the right to refuse service or entry if age verification cannot be provided.


17. Complaints & Disputes

17.1 Any complaints should be raised with event staff in the first instance or submitted in writing within 14 days of the event.

17.2 These terms are governed by English law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.


18. General

18.1 These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and the organizer.

18.2 The organizer reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Updated terms will be published on the official website.

18.3 If any provision is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full effect.

18.4 Failure to enforce any right does not constitute a waiver of that right.
