Terms & Conditions
Foxhills MXGP of Great Britain 2026
Event Date: 18-19 July 2026
Venue: Foxhills Motocross Track, Swindon, UK
By purchasing a ticket and/or attending this event, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
1. Ticket Purchase & Validity
1.1 Tickets are only valid when purchased through official authorised channels. The event organiser reserves the right to refuse entry to any person holding tickets obtained through unauthorised resale or secondary markets.
1.2 All ticket sales are subject to availability and booking fees may apply.
1.3 Tickets are non-transferable except through official exchange mechanisms provided by the organiser.
1.4 You must retain your ticket throughout the event and present it upon request for re-entry or verification.
1.5 Lost, stolen, or damaged tickets will not be replaced.
1.6 Children under 16 must be accompanied by a responsible adult aged 18 or over at all times.
2. Refunds & Cancellations
2.1 Tickets are non-refundable except where the event is cancelled and not rescheduled, or as required by law.
2.2 If the event is cancelled, ticket holders will be entitled to a full refund of the ticket face value (excluding booking fees) or the option to transfer to a rescheduled date.
2.3 No refunds will be given for late arrival, early departure, or failure to attend.
2.4 The organiser reserves the right to alter the event schedule, format, or participating riders without liability for refund.
3. Event Changes & Postponement
3.1 The organiser reserves the right to cancel, postpone, or reschedule the event due to circumstances beyond reasonable control including but not limited to adverse weather, safety concerns, or force majeure.
3.2 In the event of postponement or rescheduling, tickets will remain valid for the new date. If you cannot attend the rescheduled date, refund options will be communicated.
3.3 The event may be stopped, delayed, or modified for safety, operational, or regulatory reasons without entitlement to refund.
4. Admission & Conduct
4.1 The organiser reserves the right to refuse admission or remove any person from the venue without refund for:
• Breach of these Terms and Conditions
• Threatening, abusive, or anti-social behaviour toward any member of staff or official
• Threatening, abuse, or anti-social behaviour toward another person
• Failure to comply with reasonable instructions from staff or officials
• Entering prohibited or restricted area on site
• Any conduct deemed to compromise safety or enjoyment of others
• Refusal of search (person or bag)
4.2 All attendees must comply with event rules and instructions from stewards, marshals, security, and event officials
4.3 Smoking is prohibited in any enclosed space including bars, marquees and other temporary structures. Please dispose of cigarettes responsibly
4.4 The organiser operates a zero-tolerance policy toward discrimination, harassment, or abusive behaviour.
4.4 In the interest of public safety, random, targeted and intelligence-based searching will be taking place on entry to the arena. Refusal to search may result in refusal of entry.
5. Health & Safety
5.1 Motorsport is dangerous. Attendance is at your own risk. The organiser accepts no liability for injury, loss, or damage except where caused by negligence.
5.2 You must follow all safety instructions and remain in designated spectator areas at all times.
5.3 Ear protection is strongly recommended, particularly for children.
5.4 If you have any medical condition that may be affected by loud noise, dust, or outdoor conditions, you attend at your own risk.
5.5 Medical facilities operate on site 24/7 from 0900 on Thursday morning. The medical centre is located at the end of the paddock, near day visitors parking
5.6 You must not enter and area of the track, pit lane, start straight, waiting area, or practice track
5.7 Dogs on leads are permitted at the event, but not in the main arena
5.8 Open fires / fire pits are not permitted anywhere on site
5.9 Gas BBQs are permitted, these must be raised off the ground by 70cm. Charcoal or disposable BBQs are not permitted on site
6. Prohibited Items & Activities
6.1 The following items are prohibited and may result in refusal of entry or removal:
• Illegal substances or drugs
• Nitrous oxide / creamers / balloons
• Weapons or items that could be used as weapons
• Fireworks, flares, or smoke devices
• Chainsaw rev’s
• Glass containers or bottles
• Drones or remote-controlled devices
• Professional recording equipment
• Laser pointers
• Pit bikes / electric bikes / e-scooters
• Any item deemed dangerous or inappropriate by security
6.2 The organiser reserves the right to search persons and bags as a condition of entry.
6.3 Alcohol for personal consumption may be brought into the arena
7. Photography, Filming & Broadcasting
7.1 Personal photography and filming for private use is permitted, but professional equipment requires accreditation.
7.2 By attending, you consent to being filmed, photographed, or recorded for broadcast, promotional, or commercial purposes without compensation.
7.3 You may not use any images, footage, or recordings for commercial purposes without written permission.
7.4 Drones are strictly prohibited.
8. Intellectual Property
8.1 All event branding, logos, and trademarks are the property of the organizer and may not be used without permission.
8.2 The event name "Foxhills MXGP" and associated branding are protected intellectual property.
9. Personal Property & Loss
9.1 The organiser accepts no responsibility for loss, theft, or damage to personal property.
9.2 You are responsible for the security of your belongings at all times.
9.3 Lost property should be reported to event staff. The organiser will make reasonable efforts to reunite lost items but accepts no liability.
9.4 Please report lost / found children / vulnerable adults to a member of security
10. Parking & Transport
10.1 Vehicles are left at the owner's risk. The organiser accepts no liability for loss, damage or theft.
10.2 Parking is only permitted in designated areas.
10.3 Parking in fire lanes, without accreditation, or in any other prohibited area that creates a safety risk may result in your vehicle being moved
10.4 The organiser has a zero-tolerance approach toward incidences of violence or aggression toward its staff including the use of vehicles, reckless or dangerous driving. Any incident will be recorded, reported and if necessary reported to the police.
10.5 Only one vehicle is permitted per camping pitch.
11. Camping
11.1 Camping is only permitted in designated areas with a valid camping pass.
11.2 Campfires, fire pits, charcoal BBQs and disposable BBQs are strictly prohibited. Gas BBQs raised off the ground are permitted on site
11.3 Noise curfews will be enforced. Quiet hours are 11pm to 7am
11.4 Please remove all litter and waste from your pitch and dispose of in the bins provided.
11.5 Drinking water is available in all camping areas.
11.6 Toilets including accessible toilets, urinals and portable toilets are located in all camping areas.
11.7 Generators are not permitted to run overnight.
12. Data Protection & Privacy
12.1 Personal data collected during ticket purchase will be processed in accordance with UK GDPR and our Privacy Policy.
12.2 Your data may be used to contact you about the event, send important updates, or for marketing purposes (with consent).
12.3 You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data.
13. Liability & Insurance
13.1 Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
13.2 Subject to clause 13.1, the organisers total liability for any claim shall not exceed the ticket price paid.
13.3 The organiser is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or economic losses including travel or accommodation costs.
13.4 You are strongly advised to obtain personal travel and event insurance.
14. Force Majeure
14.1 The organiser shall not be liable for failure to perform obligations due to circumstances beyond reasonable control including but not limited to:
• Acts of God, extreme weather, or natural disasters
• War, terrorism, or civil unrest
• Government restrictions or public health emergencies
• Strikes or industrial action
• Failure of essential services or infrastructure
15. Accessibility
15.1 The organiser is committed to providing accessible facilities. Please contact us in advance to discuss specific requirements.
15.2 Reasonable adjustments will be made where possible, subject to safety and operational constraints.
16. Age Restrictions
16.1 Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or over.
16.2 The site operated a challenge 25 policy for alcohol purchases.
16.3 The organiser reserves the right to refuse service or entry if age verification cannot be provided.
17. Complaints & Disputes
17.1 Any complaints should be raised with event staff in the first instance or submitted in writing within 14 days of the event.
17.2 These terms are governed by English law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
18. General
18.1 These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and the organiser.
18.2 The organiser reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Updated terms will be published on the official website.
18.3 If any provision is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full effect.
18.4 Failure to enforce any right does not constitute a waiver of that right.
